AbstractThe crystal structure of angenomalin (8,9‐dihydro‐8‐(1‐methylethenyl)‐2 H‐furo[2,3‐h]‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) was determined by X‐ray structure analysis. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121with cell parametersa= 5.210(1),b= 10.407(1),c= 20.478(2) Å. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined toR= 0.037.
