Caroli’s syndrome is a rare congenital disorder of the hepatobiliary system. In the majority of the patients, the cystic dilatations involve the whole intrahepatic biliary tree. We present 3 patients in whom ectasia of the bile ducts was confined to the left lobe of the liver. They were treated by partial hepatectomy.
