摘要:
SUMMARYDuring the course of a therapeutic intervention both the designated patient and the therapist(s) treating this person may emotionally decompensate and revert to a psychotic state of thinking and action. This paper discusses two such events and shows how they were ameliorated by a therapeutic milieu in which the people involved were initially overwhelmed by these psychotic regressions and were subsequently able to reconstitute themselves.
