摘要:
The changes in ventricular anatomy and function that occur in heart failure vary according to whether myocardial or mechanical factors, or a combination of the two, predominate. Angiocardiography now permits precise quantification of the hemodynamic effects of existing abnormalities. In this way the clinician has the means to answer such critical questions as whether or not surgery is likely to bring substantial benefits.
