AbstractThe pharmacokinetics of prenalterol in healthy young volunteers after i.v. and oral dosing has been studied. There is evidence of non‐linearity following the i.v. dosing. Evidence of dose‐dependent pharmacokinetics following i.v. dosing has been obtained.
