摘要:

The supernatant toxin of Clostridium botulinum type E, at a concentration of 2x104mouse units (MU/ml), was exposed to ozone at a flow rate of 110 ml/minute (8.5 ppm dissolved residual), and was inactivated after twelve minutes. A tenfold lower concentration was completely inactivated in less than one minute with an ozone concentration of 0.01 ppm.
