摘要:
Analysis of language people use at work is an important way of making sense of what goes on in organizations. Words captivate and compel, or hobble and bag. Recognizing the variety, distribution, and relevance of language can help nurse executives understand the subtleties of leadership, varying dimensions of power, and paradoxes of organizational life.
