It traces the progress of Touchpoints from its guiding assumptions to the development of its training models, which are geared toward multidisciplinary providers. The ultimate goal is that Touchpoints will be a mechanism to move beyond the current state of fragmentation of services to join families more effectively as allies within a more caring, seamless system.
