摘要:

SummaryA case is reported of a 59 year old man with late onset systemic lupus erythematosus, treated during six weeks with corticosteroids. A sudden deterioration occurred with sepsis and massive bilateral pulmonary infiltrates. The patient died shortly there after. At autopsy caseating miliary tuberculosis was found.
