摘要:

SummaryA case of Waldenström macroglubinemia complicated by mixed lgM-IgG cryoglobulinemia is presented.The clinical symptomatology, polymorphous and severe, could be related to physical and immunological reaction of cryoglobulin : fingers, gangrene, vascularitis, renal impairment, Gougerot-Sjögren’s syndrome.The therapeutic effect of chlorambucil was dramatic.
