摘要:
Ions penetrating solid material deposit energy, which is transferred to a large degree to kinetic energy of electrons. The mechanisms of 1. ion penetration into a certain charge or excitation state, 2. binary or collective electron production, 3. electron transport and 4. electron surface transmission determine the energy and angular distribution of the electrons measured outside the solid. Electron emission at electron energies < 40 eV from high temperature superconductor material has been measured as a function of the emitted electron energy and angle. First results and interpretations are presented.
