摘要:

We present the case of a patient with Behçet's disease initially presenting with a mass lesion of the central nervous system, which was mistakenly diagnosed and treated as a high-grade neoplasia. This report reviews the clinical and diagnostic imaging features of Behçet-related pseudotumoral lesions of the central nervous system as well as the role of stereotactic biopsy in brain-stem lesions.
