SynopsisEggs of Stylogaster are recorded for the first time on adults of the calyptrategenera Bengalia, TricycleaandHemigymnochaeta(Calliphoridae), andSromoxys, Bdellia, Phaonia, EmmesomyiaandHelina(Muscidae). The connection of the hosts withStylogaster, through their association with ants or animal dung, is discussed. It is suggested that a record in the literature, ofStylogasterreared from apuparium of Glossina morsitansis in error.
