摘要:
In this study we determined the sucrase and maltase activity in rat intestinal rings, cultured over periods up to 48 hrs and sampled every 2 hrs. No self‐sustained circadian rhythm could be demonstrated in this study. The initial rise in the enzyme activity can be explained by the absence of pancreatic protease activity in the in vitro situation.
