SummaryA case of actinomycotic rectal fistula is reported. It demonstrates the importance of the most careful evaluation of the unusual or recurring rectal fistulas. Complete bacteriologic and histologic studies of removed tissue are essential to diagnose some of the unusual and rare rectal fistulas.
