摘要:

A simple and reproducible method for increasing the sensitivity of fluorescence measurements by a factor of 2.0–2.5 is presented. Data are presented to explain: the deviation from the expected theoretical increase in sensitivity of 4.0; wavelength dependency and subsequent problems arising from enhanced inner filtering effects.
