摘要:

A B2. type Fe-40 at % Al ordered alloy was irradiated at 20 K either with fission neutrons or 2.5 MeV electrons. During isochronal annealing experiments of the radiation induced resistivity a different behavior was observed for the two irradiations. A decrease below pre-irradiated resistivity occurs after electron irradiation but not after the neutron one.
