摘要:

AbstractHematoxylin-eosin Y-rose bengal was combined with resorcin-fuchsin for the staining of glycolmethacrylate embedded tissue sections. In this procedure, resorcin-fuchsin staining is followed by Gill hematoxylin and eosin Y-rose bengal. Collagenous and elastic tissue fibers, as well as other tissue components, are clearly differentiated. (The J Histotechnol16:141, 1993)
