Pre-Cambrian geology of the Norrbotten Province, N. Sweden. Since 1946 the Geological Survey of Sweden has been carrying out a regional mapping in connection with prospecting of the Norrbotten Province in northernmost Sweden. The fieldwork has now reached an advanced stage, but another three years are required until the final report and map can be published. The paper is of a preliminary nature and gives the present state of our knowledge of this vast and in part inaccessible region.
