This research concerns the design and the realisation of a prototype for an interactive collaboration support system in the area of professional check-up, more precisely developed for a center specialized in the evaluation and orientation of adult disabled persons. In the first part we present the problematic of decision making in a professional check—up and we describe the activity of this center. The professional checkup studied is characterised by the important number of criteria necessary and by the fact thai the results of these processes are obtained through a collaboration between members of an interdisciplinary team, each team member having his own competencies and sensibilities. In the second part we present the conceptual model which permits to take into account these characteristics. In the third part, we present the architecture of the developed prototype and the main functionalities provided by each module. Finally we conclude about the limits of the prototype and the prospect for the project continuation.
