摘要:

The results are presented of a series of experiments where the REMAB antropomorphous phantom was irradiated by 14,7 MeV neutrons from the NA-2 neutron generator. The neutron fluence and neutron doses were determined on the one hand from measuring the induced24Na activity for the torso as well as for the entire phantom, and, on the other hand from measuring the32P activity induced in the hair, nail, and sulfur samples. In all the cases, the fluence values were corrected for the neutron backscattering and for geometry conditions when necessary. The fluence values ranged between 3·80 · 1012and 2·26 · 1013m−2and the neutron doses varied between 3.16 · 10−2and 5.19 · 10−1· kg−1.
