摘要:

A procedure for eigenvalue assignment in a single-input linear system in Hessenberg form is described. The procedure uses real arithmetic throughout and includes a facility for estimating the robustness of the assigned eigenvalues. The assigned eigenvalues may be real or complex, simple or multiple.
