In this paper, we consider the problem of robust-controller synthesis with plant and noise spectral uncertainties in LQG optimal systems. We frame an algorithm for synthesizing the robust controller to minimize the least favourable cost functional J via specifying the weighting matricesQandR. The Wiener-Hopf technique in the LQG optimal system, the saddle-point theory and a property of the contractive operator are employed to solve this problem.
