摘要:
SUMMARY150 proven cases of perforated peptic ulcer have been reviewed.2The radiodiagnostic features of this condition are free gas in the peritoneal cavity and an adynamic ileus due to free fluid.3A standard technique for all cases of acute abdomen has been described.4The relation of time and size of perforation have been discussed.5The value of the radiological investigation has been compared with other writers and an accurate diagnosis made in 88% of the cases.
