SummaryThe author describes a case of medullary glioma around the ependyma (C 5 to D 1). At the same place there are telangiectasies whose development is not exactly superposed to the glioma. Histologically, the two lesions don’t seem dependent. This case may be compared with those where syringomyelia coexists so as in Hippel Lindau disease. This case is only interesting in the series of cases with angiomatosis of the nervous system previously described by the author.
