Otf-3 (Octamer-binding transcription factor 3) is an octamer binding protein encoded by the murine gene Otf-3. Otf-3 belongs to a multigenic family and maps to the mouse Chromosome 17 between the Q and T regions within the major histocompatibility complex (MHC).
