摘要:

Using the WISOB to elicit the significant others for the educational and occupational aspirations of a sample of high school students, the different sources of definer and model influence for males and females were compared. Definer influence was more likely to come from within the family than was model influence. Females were found to obtain more information from age-similar others and to have fewer occupational role models than males.
