摘要:

Five patients with extensive dermatitis and 5 normal subjects were treated with topical betamethasone valerate 0.1% (Betnovate, Glaxo) 19–34 g daily for 4 days. Thyroid functions tests were not affected by the treatment but some patients with widespread inflamed skin demonstrated altered serum thyroid hormone levels as a result of the euthyroid sick syndrom
