摘要:

(−)-7-epi-Deoxynupharidine was isolated as an insecticidal alkaloid by bioassay-guided fractionation from MeOH extract of rhizomes ofNuphar japonicumDC. Insecticidal activity against larvae ofD. melanogaster, (−)-7-epi-deoxynupharidine showed that 48.3% of larvae were dead at 4.29μmol/ml diet concentration, and the LC50value was 4.33μmol/ml diet concentration. Acute toxicity against adults ofD. melanogaster, (−)-7-epi-deoxynupharidine showed that 80% of adults were dead at 1.0μg/adult, and the LD50value was 0.86μg/adult.
