摘要:

A major problem with breast self-examination as a screening technique is that it is rarely well performed. It is therefore incumbent on every primary care physician to give ongoing instruction in BSE technique to female patients over 40. A‘streamlined’modification of the conventional BSE protocol is recommended to improve patient compliance.
