摘要:

Gravity surveys of Tongatapu and Vava'u Islands in the Kingdom of Tonga demonstrate that the free air anomaly map published by the Geological Society of America in 1981 is incorrect in the vicinity of these islands. This is most pronounced at the western end ofTongatapu Island where the value is about 550 µN/kg too low.
