摘要:
AbstractIt seemed to me that this short paper could usefully be confined to a consideration of some aspects of the system of registration of title to land which now applies in England and Wales and in this way it might prove to be helpful to land surveyors not over-familiar with the registration procedures adopted in this country. I believe the references made to the definition of boundaries and to some branches of the law relating to land will be of special interest to the profession. There has been no attempt to discuss the alleged superiority of one particular system of registration over that of another, a matter which can faithfully be relied upon to provoke a near riot at any conference of Commonwealth surveyors. Instead, the paper has been restricted to a brief look at the English system, if I may call it that, and I hope that its contents will be found to be informative and constructive.
