The following article appeared in the November issue of Personnel under the title, “Personality Disorders in Industry.” Though the article was written primarily for personnel workers, and the material is presented largely from the employer's point of view, it deals with a kind of knowledge which should also be in the possession of vocational counselors and applied in their efforts to assist the individual in reaching a good occupational adjustment.
