摘要:

SummaryThe authors present a 28-year-old alcoholic cirrhotic male patient who develops hepatic failure with jaundice, ascites and haemorragic syndrome. Because of turgescent jugular veins, a cardiac exploration is performed, resulting in the diagnosis of idiopathic cardiomyopathy associated with a cardiac Beri-Beri.The hemodynamic evolution is detailed and the relations between cardiopathy and hepatic failure are discussed.
