摘要:

N-(1-cyano-2-substituted phenylethyl) acetamides (4a-h) were synthesized by reduction of corresponding titled compounds3a-hwith NaTeH. The procedure was general and convenient for preparation of benzyl substituted acyclic Reissert compounds without using phenylacetaldehydes as starting materials.
