摘要:

Cytological investigations have shown thatIsoëtes malinvernianafrom Albano, Piemonte, Italy is a sexual reproducing tetraploid species withn= 22 paired chromosomes in the spore mother cells of the microsporangia and with 2n= ca. 44 chromosomes in roottip cells. Meiosis, reductional divisions and mega- and microspore development are regular.
