摘要:

SummaryA survey is given of the technique of dosage of prothrombine, factor V, VII and X. The applications of those dosages is done in various cases of liver pathology : hepatitis, cirrhosis and obstructive jaundice. The test of Koller used in the differential diagnosis between hepatitis and obstructive icterus is also discussed.
