摘要:

&NA;A case of massive rectal bleeding in a 38‐year‐old male patient from a previously unreported source is presented. Multiple microaneurysms affecting the rectum were demonstrated on an inferior mesenteric artery angiogram. The importance of angiography both for diagnosis and potential therapy in patients with continuous active lower gastrointestinal bleeding is emphasized.
