1.By the reactions of chlorodimethylphenyl-, chloroethylmethylphenyl-, and chloromethyldiphenyl-silanes with aniline the new compounds 1,1-dimethyl-N,1-diphenylsilylamine, 1-ethyl-1-methyl-N,1-diphenylsilylamine, and 1-methyl-N,1,1-triphenylsilylamine were prepared.2.By the coammonolysis of chlorodimethylphenyl- and chloromethyldiphenyl-silanes the previously undescribed 1,1,3-trimethyl-1,3,3-triphenyldisilazane was prepared.3.The properties of alkyl(aryl)-N-phenylsilylamines and alkyl(aryl)disilazanes were studied.
