摘要:

Three endoscopic techniques are especially relevant for patients with known or suspected cancer: peritoneoscopy, colonoscopy, and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. The clinical indications for their employment are clear-cut. They include detection of liver metastases, staging of lymphoma and ovarian cancer, polypectomy, and diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
