摘要:

SummaryFour cases of uroepithclial tumors of the renal pelvis associated with phenacetin abuses are reported and compared with data of litterature.In most of cases, it is a particularly malignant carcinoma, developed by middle age women, who have suffered of macroscopic hematuria or papillary necrosis. The orthoaminophenol metabolits of phenacetin seem to be the carcinogenic derivative.
