摘要:
The use of the minicomputer K 1003 for estimation of binding parameters by nonlinear regression analysis of RIA-data is reported. The mathematical fundamentals of nonlinear regression analysis by use of Gauss – Newton-Algorithm and its application on the computer K 1003 is briefly explaned. Equations for some easy binding models and its derivativs are presented. The advantage of nonlinear regression analysis over its linear expression (e.g. Scatchard plot) is demonstrated.
