摘要:

The reactions of 2-mercapto-8H-cyclohepta[d]thiazol-8-one (1) with alkyl halides and relared halogeno-compounds gave 2-S-substituted 8H-cyclohepta[d]thiazol-8-ones3a–gin good yields. In the presence of sodium hydride, 3-N-substituted compounds4a, ewere also isolated as minor products, besides the products3a, e.The reactions with acetylenic compounds gave 2-S-ethenyl-substituted products6a–c.
