摘要:
Many pitfalls attend the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis in children; these can be avoided through recognition that it has three modes of onset, each of which can be precisely identified through distinctive (if not pathognomonic) features. The diagnostic differentiation is detailed and guidelines for treatment given; with prompt diagnosis and treatment, most of the devastating effects of J R A can be prevented.
