摘要:
Two cell types, lymphocytes and macrophages, are involved in cellular hypersensitivity reactions. While some direct cell-to-cell interaction cannot be excluded, it is now clear that chemicals produced by the lymphocytes account for most facets of the cellular“collaboration.”Studies of these mediators have progressed to the point where delayed hypersensitivity can be substantially reconstituted in vitro.
