This article describes the Los Angeles County Family Court Services Pre‐Contempt/Contemnors Group Diversion Program. This program was designed to deal with the continuing problem of parents who have high levels of conflict, are chronically in violation of custody and visitation court orders, and seek frequent court intervention.
