A compilation of different gravity measurements over the Bohus granite is presented. The negative Bouguer anomaly of 18 mgals over the granite is interpreted as being caused by the low density of the granite compared to the country rocks. A density contrast of 0.07 g/cm3has been used to calculate the shape and thickness (or density contrast) of the granite. A calculated model and the derived geological model are shown.
