SummaryCyclosporasp. is a coccidian (protozoan) thai has been incriminated in cases of diarrhoea in particular among travellers. We report two cases of intestinalCyclosporainfection in immunocompetent Belgians, who travelled to Indonesia. Although the diarrhoea persisted for several days recovery seemed to occur spontaneously.
