The Blue-faced Honeyeater,Entomyzon cyanotis, in the Jandowae district of south-east Queensland appears in passage in the open and lightly timbered areas from March to August. Though the species is not common, records indicate the exodus to be of a definite migratory nature, rather than a nomadic one. This paper touches briefly on some aspects of the migration. Some unique problems are raised and discussed.
