AbstractA family has been presented in which four members probably had infantile cortical hyperostosis. Three of these have been examined and their radiological findings are reported.Changes considered to be typical of residua of cortical hyperostosis have been described in a male aged 31 and a female aged 15. It is believed that a knowledge of these changes may be useful in the diagnosis of the conditions when it does not present clinically in infancy, or when it is encountered fortuitously during radiological examination for some other cause.
